Not much to report

Just gonna quickly post a few photos, not had many big pieces in recently so not had much to put up and had a bit of time to do some painting and drawing.
The girl with the umbrella is a couple months healed now, and just something a little different to the usual. The angel and demon piece is now pretty much done, will finish it up in a few weeks, just needs a few tweaks here and there.

No Sleep 'til Brooklyn

So these pics are just a couple of jobs finished in this past week. Plus courtesy of Joe Wallace Photography, a family portrait and pics of the shop.

Well, we have pretty much been sucking in the land of blog. All apologies. We guess the reason being is that it has been hectic to say the least. We ventured to Sydney to see AC/DC (well Matt saw them) the following week Melbourne beckoned and a date with doom rulers ISIS, Matt is a massive fan and they dominated.

Now this week Matt's little sis and her husband have come down from Canada to help Matt's mum celebrate her 60th Birthday! We are enjoying every second we get to spend with them.
And so we are off to India next week and are completely unorganised. India is going to be hectic but it's something we have wanted to do for a really long time, so should be awesome as well as crazy. So in saying that the shop will be closed from 5pm on Friday the 26th and we will re-open again on 19th of April.

We would like to say a big thank you to Joe and Hope Wallace for helping us organise the photo shoot we had at the shop last week. Tattoo's Downunder wanted to do a feature on Matt and the shop, not sure when the issue will be out yet but stayed tuned. So we orgainsed to take some photo's of the shop and some of Matt's latest work (thanks to all those guys who gave up a piece of their Saturday to come down for that). If you haven't already checked it out, check out the mysace or facebook (photo's from the shoot have been updated last week).

Matt has also had another lot of work published in the latest edition of Tattoo Revival Magazine Volume 21, so check that out also. More work to be published in the next edition of Custom Tattooz Magazine (May/June Issue 13).

So that's about it for now

I love my job

And the fact that someone took the time to post this reminds me how lucky I am.

"I have to thank Joe, for in my opinion my excellent looking tattoo of my hero Eric Cantona. I was a bit sceptical about getting my tat done from Joe as he's fairly new and young but i have to say im so glad i chose to get it done from him. He made me feel as comfortable as possible, and hes genuinely a v nice guy. As you can see from my tat he is a v skilled guy at what he does. I cannot reccomend Joe Farrell & accomplice Tattoo enough. Its a nice clean studio, and Joe along with girlfriend Emma are v welcoming, helpfull with ideas and input into exactly what you want down to the last detail. Once again many thanks Joe, I'll definately be recommending you to all my friends with full confidence. Keep up the fantastic work mate."

Thank you Asif.

If you have any comments on the studio, about your experience or on how it could be improved, please leave feedback here, on the Accomplice Facebook group, or the Accomplice Myspace.

Here's a few new ones

Been a lack of updates because of this that and the other but here's some for you to have a look at. Bit of a mix but all fun to do, plus a couple are unfinished but I couldn't wait to post them up.

These two are on Adam who took a days worth of work on Saturday, also did a large piece on his ribs but I'll get a picture of that when it's all done and dusted.

Cantona is on Asif's back and just needs a bit of skin tone put in to finish him off. Really fun to do and he sat like a rock.

These were done on Jo, the first is an old one I did a while ago but got to get a healed picture, and the second is from Zelda (the uneven lines are intentional).

This is on my old friend Dean's arm to link in with some old stuff he has, just a little bit more to go on it and it'll be all finished up.
